"Room was clean. Kitchen & bath were fine. Bed was terrible. Lots of noise thru the walls & floor. Price was very reasonable. "

"Pool deck not cleaned (false eye lashes and a swim suit liner there the several days we were there), had a stained fitted sheet which they had me change myself instead of doing it (and I had to bring the old sheet to them before I could get a new one, not great customer service on this situation, room phone did not work), breakfast was ok but somewhat slow to be restocked. Overall good though and would consider staying again. Easy on and off the interstate."

"Nice cozy hotel, small details that are easy to fix, however they seem to think these sails are not important and can give a bad image of the hotel, No coins for customers to change their dollar bill for laundering, cold coffee at all times, all remote controls out of batteries ice machine works off and on."

"I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy! However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great!"

"My husband found a lancet on the floor as well as a big piece of gravel when we got into the room. The body lotion container HD only a little bit of lotion in it. The desk clerk said our receipt would be emailed when we checked out yesterday morning and it has not shown up."

"The property smelt like dog urine, was not maintained well, very expensive because it was CSU’s graduation weekend Would not have chosen this hotel otherwise The staff was very nice, but I suspect had nothing to do with the upkeep of the hotel. This is a management issue and or ownership. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in"

"Super clean and very nice folks. We couldn't enjoy the free breakfast or pool because I was heading to surgery first thing in the morning. It was a great, clean, quiet place to relax and rest comfortably! Thank you!"

"our room was horrible holes in the doors holes in the wall plastered all over the place paint all over the place. The breakfast sucked. There was hardly nothing to choose from not enough of it. Your whole hotel was very dirty inside and out. Windows were not clean. Dogs were in the pool area. Hallways were filthy holes and holes all over the place was in the elevators that stunk, but the staff was wonderful."
