I was concerned about cleanliness given all the recent reviews about filthy rooms, but the room was plenty clean if a bit run down. I had a premier king, which was quite spacious by NYC standards. The two issues I had were the water never got hot in the bathroom and there were crazy lines to go up ...

Excellent stay, very clean spacious rooms. Location is great - close to everything. Only downfall was the bathroom, very tiny with a pedestal sink right next to the toilet, not great for women who need to get ready.

We were in room 228. We appreciated the room size. We like hard beds, so this bed was comfortable for us. Two pillows were rock hard and the other two were lumpy but somewhat softer. Our water took forever to heat up in both the shower and the sink. Weird! I mean it took a good over 5 mins to heat ...
