Matelas à ressorts très inconfortable, parking payant (5 €) alors qu'il est indiqué comme inclus sur Expedia, murs et boiseries de la chambre en vilain état, lampe de chevet puissante qui éclaire trop, pas d'identifiants wifi communiqués (pas demandés non plus mais ils devraient être visibles dans la chambre sans action de la part du client), bruit de camion poubelle un peu avant...

"Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop when travelling to Italy. Panicked when I saw check in closed at 9pm but as long as you have paid upfront you can check in on a computer there and are given a PIN code for your room. Room is what you expect, simple but clean. "
"The hotel is quite isolated and there are no dining options around. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but I would not rely on that. Luckily it cooled down at night. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it was overpriced for what it offers."

"This hotel is the perfect spot to stay if you are in Chalon. The front desk is very helpful. It is a quick walk to parks and other tourist areas. Walking through town is a delight. Breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant were wonderful. One of our best memories will be the breakfasts both because of the view of the plaza but especially the food. We had four rooms, all arriving at different times and they placed us together without having to be asked. The staff do everything they can...
"The room smelt as soon as we entered, couldn’t distinguish if it was body odour or smoke. It was suffocating. Soon realised it was smoke, all the linen stank of it, especially the blankets and towels. It was impregnated into everything. This along with the lumpy pillows and mattress that caved in made for very little sleep. I never usually wrote reviews, especially but ones but the smoke was so bad if affected my breathing and I didn’t get much sleep at all. Not great for the kids either. All in...
