"The staff and cleaners were lovely, we enjoyed our stay here and they upgraded one of our rooms due to the occasion which we loved! The staff and concierge were absolutely lovely and they helped us as much as they could. The whole hotel has an outdated look though, which if upgraded would make this ..."
