"My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again."

"Simply beautiful the only thing is make sure you have a car. Taxi are expensive and they didn’t want to drive there they would literally refuse because it’s secluded. "Easy to check in remotely. It was located next to a lot of restaurants and a nice park that we were able to walk to. Angelica, the property manager was so helpful! She provided me with great information on how to check in and use keys to get into the building. "

"Rural and picturesque place to stay. However as I said to the receptionist (owner?) there is no way I’m paying 9€ to rent a pool towel when there’s a towel in the room. I’d advise them to stop with this blatant scam which was offputting. Breakfast was ok and I liked the pool area though small and somewhat dated it is all charming. "
