"Our room was clean and quiet. The owner, Marco, was very helpful and organized an early breakfast for us. When we arrived at the B&B Marco offered coffee and cake. He made my day by making me a perfect latte. From the B&B it’s roughly 8 km to Florence International Airport. The B&B does NOT offer shuttle service to the airport. That’s a mistake on Expedia! We took a cap and had to pay 50 Euros - which is a lot for such a short ride."

"This hotel is not located right by the main attractions in the old part of Florence. Fortunately, it offers a shuttle that takes guests to the nearest tram station. From there, at the cost (as of June 2026) of 1.70 euros, one can get to the old part of town in about 15 minutes. If one should want to get back to the hotel before 10 p.m., then it is possible to arrange the shuttle to come pick you up at the same tram station. "Terrible room, we paid 200 euros for the room. There were cockroaches, it smelled like feet, they gave us a handicapped room, and the staff were trying to put up a fight with us over us changing the room. Any hotel is better than this, even a motel. The staffs do real good disservice to you for 200 euros, they cant even clean up after peoples messes in the rooms. Overall, a terrible hotel with an unhealthy environment, bad hygiene, almost awful customer service, and unchanged bed sheets. 0/10."
