"Staff rude and often was ignored as I couldn’t speak Italian. I was polite and patient but didn’t like the way I was treated during my stay. Even asking for a glass with ice got an eye roll and not one word spoken. Hotel was tired looking, bins weren’t emptied outside by the pool which attracted flies etc. Glasses/ cups were left most of the day. Just felt low effort by the staff. Really wasn’t impressed by being woken up multiple times by the cleaning staff at 7:30-8 4 mornings out of 8!!!"

"スタッフの対応も良く、各種対応については満足の行くものでした。ミラノの中心地までトラムで10分程度と便利でした。近くに大きいスーパーマーケットがあるのも便利。強いて言えば部屋に電子ケトルくらいは欲しいです。キッチン付きだったため、皿や什器があるかと思ったのですが、何もなかったのがもったいないと感じました。"
