"Very dirty hotel. There were crumbs all over the floor in our room the night we checked in. I talked to staff and they sent someone to vacuum, but even then I didn't feel comfortable walking around in there without socks on, and when my socks started turning black I put my shoes back on too. The room stunk. The furniture was terribly stained, the walls had handprints on them. We were in the whirlpool suite but the jets looked so dirty I didn't even bother. "It was quite and older but worked good for our trip. People were great and good location for grand haven and grand rapids airports half way."

"The pillows sucked, pool was small compared to how many ppl were there and a hot tub would've been nice. Breakfast was so so, the microwaved western omelets were not appealing plain scrambled eggs would've been better choice. For the price paid I would rather have stayed at the staybridge inn suites more room and hottub more choices for Breakfast."

"The staff and the facilities were incredible. We loved our room. It gave us everything we needed and more. The suits are spacious and well maintained. We considered an Airbnb and decided this in the end was a better choice for us because of all the amenities. The pool in the hot tub were open almost constantly. The workout facilities met all of our needs. It was a great choice for us and our trip as a couple. Highly recommended."
