"Front desk staff was very matter of fact, not friendly. If you have a balcony on the second floor, you may have a view of a roof. "

"The breakfast this hotel offers, is across the street and you get a voucher for 3 pancakes per person plus a drink. The room is a bit outdated and dirty. The pool is never cleaned and the 2nd jacuzzi did not work so everyone crammed into one. The poolside chairs were dragged around by other hotel guests and the chair pads were all over the place. The older guy working the night shift, could care less about what was going on or keeping the amenities in hood condition. "

"The property and staff were wonderful, it was so clean too! The firepits weren't working, it would've been so nice to have those though. I loved the outdoor hot tub, their pool is indoors, which I thought was a tad odd, instead of being outside. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay "

"We were very happy with our stay at this Hilton. The room was very clean and in great condition. All staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and slide, as well as the large hot tub and the indoor pool. Our room had two queen beds and a pull out couch perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom was in between with two separate TVS and a great space for clothes and suitcases. VERY close to all of the fun in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!"

"The mountain view was breathtaking, and the parking situation was convenient and secure. Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay."

"The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and ample parking in the back of the hotel. The physical location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge, several go-kart attractions next to The Track Family Fun Parks and Pirates Voyager Dinner show. "We had 2 adults & 3 kids. The room & bathroom were very clean. The bathroom was impressively large. Beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff very nice & helpful. Indoor & outdoor Pools were clean. I have stayed at many hotels and was very impressed. I will definitely stay here again. "

"We decided to pay the $9.99 for the breakfast meal. It was the exact same type food that we are given free at other hotels, with a cheaper price. We should have looked at what was offered before we paid, but did not. That is our fault. This type breakfast should be complementary."

"The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient. "

"The stay was as expected, however my family and I were placed under a room with renovations going on. So at 7-8 in the morning, we were woken up by drilling and hammering when we were supposed to be relaxing and sleeping in. This even happened on Easter morning, I called the front desk - Laura answered, and when I explained I had a 9 month old baby in the room she brushed me off, and told me that they would be done soon. The next day was the same thing, so I had to call and request a room...
