"We were coming to stay in a hotel for a few nights in Thinder Bay for a wedding and came here, unsure of what to expect. The property is nice and new everything’s clean and the staff is so helpful. They even remembered my name! I would highly recommend staying here and it was great to have a full size fridge in our room. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Friendly staff; front desk could be more warm/ greet more often. Lifeguards were friendly. Building a little worn down- needs update. Great amenities. Needs more signage in areas, pointing to gym, pool- need more than 1 exit/entry through RFID. Water filling station would be more convenient since a lot of places to hike in the area. Overall, we had a great stay- Thunder Bay is filled with great restaurants and cafes run by friendly, happy people."

"Entry doors, windows, air conditioner and comforter all need updating. Freshening up paint will make it more appealing. Weeds and outdoor light posts make the property look terribly run down. Like the newer sink and toilet and tv. The staff are VERY nice and helpful."
