"Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."

"The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational."

"Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. "The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. "

"You had to pay for breakfast separately so I went and picked up delicious donuts from Jacks Donuts across the street. There is a Starbucks near too, but I can’t have that due to allergies! The property is fine and right off the interstate. It was quiet. I just as there only a few hours after delayed flights and rental recalls vehicle shortages! "

"This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! "

"The property was acceptable for a short stay. Breakfast was the standard offering you see at most hotels that offer free breakfast. Hotel staff (behind the front desk) were always helpful. "

"It was okay. An older building. We needed a Handicap Accessible room. But none were available. So we made do. But it was difficult for our son to use the narrow bathroom with his wheelchair. It was close to the two places we needed to take our son for eye surgeries. "

My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm.
