"The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun."

"It was a nice place run by very nice people. I would have liked to have known that the pool was not yet operational as we booked for this amenity. It was being worked on and anticipated to open soon.
There is no elevator and limited air conditioning in the building, so be aware of that when booking if that is an issue for you.
It was the right price and the staff were very kind."

"Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. "When I pulled into the parking lot, I wasn't sure I was at a hotel since it looks like an old apartment building. It looked a little 1970s run down. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. It was very nice with a funky vibe, and it didn't smell like an old hotel.

"Though sandwiched in the neighborhood which was beautiful, there was always plenty of parking. The breakfast was much better than most, having real bacon or sausage, waffles fruit and yogurt along with fresh eggs though probably from packaged shelled and already cracked eggs.
They do not clean the rooms or bring new towels unless you ask and this was a real struggle with management who said they only change once a week for multiple day stays. They did accept my logic that I was paying same...
