Room was generally clean, housekeeping was attentive. Staff was outstanding and very respectful. Filtered water in sealed bottles always replaced by housekeeping. Breakfast was outstanding. Only suggestion is bathroom needs new grout for mild mildew.

I really like the Ortigas location. The SM Mega Mall is just a short walk and they pretty much have everything in that mall. Just around the corner is a Starbucks, Jollibee, Pancake House, Laundry service, and the train station. The room is very small and simple but functional for a short stay and ...
