None of them spoke English when I checked in, but we were able to figure it out with another guest who translated I could’ve used Google translate as well. "Quick check-in as we arrived after 8 pm. Kiara went above and beyond for me when I asked for ice (which is a luxury in Italy). The room was a nice size and very clean.
