"Front desk was professional and kind. Elevators were horrible. It seemed there were multiple families living at the hotel constantly walking around the lobby all day and night in pajamas and night hats. Not the image you want to see at a hotel that references itself as an Embassy! Try harder!"

"I cut my foot on a broken chair in the room. I went down to the front desk to ask for if they had a bandaide and something to clean the cut with. "Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room.
