"The staff are wonderful people, always eager to help and never come short of making sure you are looked after. The breakfast was superb, and the room are cleaned in a blink of an eye, spotless. They need screen for the balcony doors as house flies were all over the place, it's a plague I must say all over the place but manageable though. Screen doors will go a long way in"

"A creatively decorated hotel, as its name would suggest. Clean and comfortable. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. However, some of the details had form over function: the clothing rod was located too high for a 5’5” person to reach the hangers; the bathtub floor had no mat or material to prevent slipping and also necessitated holding onto the tub faucet when climbing in or out of the high-sided tub. "The breakfast was good and in a very lovely room overlooking the Pompeii ruins. The location was very close to the archaeological park entrance. Our room had a fantastic view over the ruins. We were very disappointed that there was no coffee machine in the room and they didn’t even provide Nescafé instant coffee. The closest market was about a twenty minute walk away."
