"The staff are wonderful people, always eager to help and never come short of making sure you are looked after. The breakfast was superb, and the room are cleaned in a blink of an eye, spotless. They need screen for the balcony doors as house flies were all over the place, it's a plague I must say all over the place but manageable though. Screen doors will go a long way in"

"We had read so many wonderful reviews about this hotel and they were not wrong. From the moment you walked in the hotel staff were very helpful and continued to be for the week that we were there. The courtesy bus was great, took us to the station and from there we had our trips to Sorrento, Amalfi and Napoli.
The breakfast was very nice, the views were amazing from the rooftop of the hotel with a glass of morning fizz in hand! The restaurant in the evening in the hotel grounds was faultless,...

"This is a beautiful place. The reason I give a 4☆ is only due to the location of our room was above the ballroom. They open the valconies and the music was very loud. They had parties every day. I must say the first night was really bad, but the other two after we explained we couldn't sleep the volume was lower. There is nothing walking distance. If you driving like us, it is crazy no matter what time. I would stay closer to sorrento."

"Schöne Lager, super hilfsbereites Personal. Da wir einen sehr frühen Ausflug geplant hatten, hah uns die Hotelchefin von sich aus ein Lunch-Paket am Vorabend gemacht.
Einziger Negativpunkt: Wir waren in der Kugulusförmigen Suite und haben dort abends den Verkehr sehr laut gehört. Dies war allerdings wahrscheinlich einer Straßensperrung geschuldet. Von daher vermutlich sonst kein Problem:)
All in all einfach ein toller Aufenthalt.
PS: Der Hotel-Hund ist auch ein ganz süßer und braver <3"

"Of all the places we stayed on our 18 day Italy trip this was our favourite. It is a little out of the way but worth it. A simple bus ride from Amalfi up to the charming village of Ravello and you’re in a most comfortable, clean 5 star experience, with excellent bedding and staffing. Lovely and relaxing to come back too after a day of adventures. The breakfast in the patio overlooking the sea was stellar! Will come back again!!"
