"Beautiful hotel! The staff is so friendly and let us hangout in the lobby since we got to the hotel hours before check-in and let us keep our luggage and hangout the next day while we waited for our bus. They offered us free breakfast the first day and the option to shower the second. The staff were wonderful and helpful! The views from our room were amazing, and the setup of the room was awesome with a living room below and the bedroom, bathroom, and balcony upstairs. This is the hotel to stay at if you’re in Sapa!"

"It’s the staff that really make this the best place to stay in SaPa. From the excellent help at reception to the service at the coffee shop and restaurant to the rooftop bar. Fabulous attention to detail. Very good English skills. The location is wonderful right by the center of SaPa. Stone church, fanispan,SaPa square is steps away."
