"Check in was slow-long lines-not enough front desk staff. Always lots of guests. It’s a very busy hotel. Convenient to Terminal 3 & good shuttle service. Breakfast was good except warm foods were COLD. I heard other guests complain ."

"I have stayed here three different times now and I doubt I will stay here again. Here's why: PRO's: Affordable rates, Great Location, Great Staff, Nice pool area, Nice showers with great water pressure. CON's: The hotel is damp and musty--everything in my room (the bedding, my clothes, everything) gets damp in there. The bathroom is small and oddly shaped--it is tricky to get inside the bathroom and then try to close the door. I accidently drank the water and ate the ice in the restaurant on my last night and ended up getting pretty sick (that's mostly my mistake--you don't do that in Manila)."

"The hotel has a lot of potential, but management clearly doesn't have resources or drive to make it better. It's located right in the edge of BGC, walking distance to Aura Mall, but it's on a corner of a super busy intersection. Staff do their best, but clearly the place lacks some investment."
