"Check in was quick, asked for a second key since we’re family of 5 but receptionist said 1 is the limit. Hallway to room was smell full of air fresheners, suffocating. Room was not vacuumed, trash from previous stay was still there, no bath mats. Overall, this property could use a major upgrade and staff could be better."

"I will NEVER book at courtyard in Georgia ever again! I never get the room I book and then the water is not hot! My air conditioner was not working. Assigned an accessible room when I didn’t book it. Elevator went out. It was just horrible! Then they only gave me 10,000 points back which isn’t even 10$ worth of cash. I won’t ever!"

"Had to get moved to another room as the water was not getting hot and the air conditioning unit was whirring like a jet plane! The second room had better hot water but the AC units are just old and loud and need to be replaced. And paying for parking was lame considering the hotel is older and most Marriott’s have free parking for members. Don’t know if I would chose this location the next time."

"The staff was so rude. I had booked two rooms and I understand why asked for two ids but my friend noticed she took a picture and asked why she took a picture of her ID and she said we was being rude and didn’t not gave us the room. Staff are just so rude never again ! I made sure to get my refund back !!"
