"Front desk staff very friendly and informative. Told us about many of the amenities at the hotel as well as what was available in the surrounding local area. Rooms were very clean. Overall hotel was very clean and modern. Including breakfast and cookies and coffee in the lobby."

Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. "The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage. Booking through Expedia was ok, but was a bit misleading, as we thought we were getting a river view, however,...
