"Ok"

"The room was clean - and the front desk guy was there even though it was 'after hours' - very friendly and helpful. The only real down side was that our GPS routed up up a road that wasn't exactly in good condition. There's a shorter 'cut' from another parking lot - but I don't think it registers as a 'street' on Google Maps."

"We had a great stay at Waynebrook Inn. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The room was very clean, and the common areas throughout the hotel were also well maintained. The hotel itself is older, but that's part of its charm. "Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. "

"I didn't like that you have to ask for the coffee maker. I did like the coffee maker in the lobby that had choices. I did not like that the first room assigned had malfunction in the door lock and it was known and reassigned. I did not like that I called in the morning to let them know I did not need a pet room and they said it was changed but when I arrived, it had not been changed. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked. It was clean."

"Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

"They had an order to vacate on both doors and a paper from the EPA stating the water was unsafe. Moldy food on the tables, mold in the A/C units, whole building reeked of stale cigarettes. Worst place ive ever booked in my life."

"The location was very good. There were stores, eating places and gas stations nearby which made it convenient. Parking was convenient also in that I did not have to walk very far to get to my vehicle. Room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He was able to give me so places to eat at and stores to shop for food."
