"Overall, this is a very well managed hotel. Staff takes pride in the hospitality they provide. Everyone wears a smile, no matter how their day may be going personally, from the front end to the maintenance staff. Very clean throughout. Only disappointment during our stay was that the hot tub was actually colder than the main pool. The pool was very warm, however. (Heater on hotub was either off, or broken, for our entire week long stay) The only two other things we could think of, that could...
