"No frills, but conveniently located, easy to get to Phili (but $6 toll, only on the way to the city). Grocery store nearby. Best of all, we had housekeeping done every day without asking - which after the pandemic became rare in the US."

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"The room smelled horrible. Like an ashtray full of cigarettes. The curtains were falling apart, the bedskirt was torn. The walls were like paper, i could hear through the wall."

"There is no refrigerator or coffee machine in the room. Otherwise a nice stay. Especially wonderful was the fabulous restaurant, Panorama, on the first floor of the building."

"Lemon water in Lobby cooler was an unexpected and lovely surprise upon arrival in afternoon and checkout in morning. Noise from service elevator was annoying late in the evening/ early morning:12am! Food at breakfast buffet was not maintained well. Messy or empty trays, no water in tea thermos. Was not monitored throughout our breakfast."
