"We stayed at this location for 8 days in a superior room and enjoyed almost every single moment of it. We would rate the location 10/10. The view is breathtaking! The room design and layout are very well done although the rooms themselves are tired and some things don’t work anymore i.e the lighting in the pool and over the mirror in the bathroom, the waterfall in the pool and the hot tub was dry. "The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room smelt of fresh paint, clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette area was a good size. The location is approximately 15 minute taxi drive from the airport, which was perfect, especially with an early morning flight. The only disappointment is no onsite restaurant. "Great place to stay in town. Center of everything and I’m front of the ferries. Stayed there twice during my time in Papeete. Got the cabin bunk for a solo traveler no complaints communal showers outside that separates men and woman. Easy place for easy travelers. "

The free airport shuttle was a lifesaver - staff were extremely friendly and did not hesitate to accommodate our 2 a.m. airport drop-off for our 4 a.m. flight. "I booked this location strictly because day spa advertises a hamman/whirlpool, but it’s not working. You don’t find that out until you’re at your treatment ready to use it. They advertise it like it’s still available.The swimming pool looks nothing like the picture, the whole outside pool area is torn up.
