"The two pools were so nice, especially the lazy river. The best thing about the breakfast was that it was free. If you weren’t there by 7am the lines were so long, no where to sit and the food wasn’t that great, but it was free. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t clean the rooms daily. They came to clean your room every 3 days and if you wanted them to come before that you had to pay an extra fee. "Let me start by saying that the location is a TEN. It’s super close to all things Disney and close to downtown Celebration. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with. The restaurants around the hotel are all great too! The actual hotel itself though is…meh. The rooms and furniture are VERY outdated. The dressers in the bedrooms were all broken, to the point where we couldn’t even use them because they were literally falling apart. None of the bedrooms had clocks, which drove my family nuts....

"The only reason we stayed here was due to the water park. We found out when we got there that it was an additional $18 a day fee. They were very ride about this. When we checked the add for expedia we found it in the fine print there is a surcharge. This is extremely misleading. Also checking in was a disaster, it took forever to get checked in since the staff was not very efficient. The cleanliness was very poor. With all the other places to stay go somewhere else. Expedia has never steered me...
