"This was our third time staying here and we are very disappointed this time. Room was not clean. Tv didn’t work, water in the shower was bearly coming out we had to use a cup to help us wash ourselves. No towels in the pools. We went to get dinner at the kbistro, waited an hr and till no food they made us pay for it when we ordered and came up to our table after paying and ordering asking what we ordered. Then told us well the cooks are new and have no idea on what they are doing. We wasted an...

"It's everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Rooms were very clean. I mopped up some water from the floor tile after a shower and the towel was completely clean. Try that anywhere else and find a brown towel. Bedding was crisp, clean, in good condition and we had a great view of the pool. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was goo $27 +$3 coffee for custom omelettes, and a standard hotel breakfast buffet. Self-parking $36, valet $42. No complaints."

"Another wonderful stay at the Galleria Palms! Loved everything about our stay! The only thing we would have loved would have been a room facing the pool like other years vs. the parking lot, hopefully next year. Friendly staff and comfortable room and beds. The cookies are always appreciated :) another thing that sets The Galleria Palms apart from other hotels is their do not disturb cards also have please clean room on the other side. What a great idea!!! Thank you again for another fantastic...
