"The food and drinks are amazing!"

"The hotel thing's putting a cheap coat of paint on the outside and it's location is a reason for premium pricing when the rooms inside are dated and honestly disgusting. There was mold mildew and dirt especially in Corners in the bathroom not to mention the water scum that was built up on the stainless steel shower fixtures as a former Hotel housekeeper that is absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary and shows poor care for the cleaning Crew That's contracted for this hotel. Not to mention your cleaning crew shows up at 8:00 a.m. and starts yelling and screaming in the parking lot asking if everyone's out yet I'm sorry my checkout time is it until 11:00 a.m. how about you could tell you're cleaning company to go jump off a cliff because I paid for a full night. You cannot open or shut your hotel room door without absolutely slamming it and that's another thing they just don't care about because they put a coat of paint on it and it's all better because it's by the ocean it may be only $100 a night at most but I would do everything in my power to never stay at this hotel again and I urge you to do the same"

"Everything was wonderful, extremely clean and very courteous staff. We look forward to returning to Palm suites again."

"Staff was overall very nice and friendly. Included parking, although we were warned to not park along the back because of the golf course. Good location with a quick walk to the beach. Nice lobby and overall good amenities. However, the big amenity we booked based off of was a restaurant onsite and the ability to get breakfast since we had an infant. Restaurant was closed and there was no mention that we could find about it. The room, while big, was not very clean with dust and hair balls and didn't look well vacuumed. Our tissue box was basically empty and two of our towels had stains on them. There were multiple walls that had stains on them and a large section if the floor was sticky. "

"I did not enjoy a place that was not cleaned appliances was dirty. Microwave was dirty rusted out stove was dirty and had rust on it. Refrigerator had rust on it. No part of the apartment was clean to the degree that it should’ve been. It has not been vacuumed. The sheets were dirty. it was not the kind of place I would ever run again."

"The room was updated and very clean! However, I strongly dislike it when the advertising for the resort doesn't state when amenities listed, aren't available. Had i known the splash pad was broken and the indoor pool, hot tub was also unavailable I would not have booked there. Also, I didn't like that you could so loudly hear tge people above us. It sounded like a heard of elephants above us. When I asked for more coffee, I was sent to find the maintenance/ housekeeping building vs it being available at the front desk where it was supposed to be. If I'm staying 3 nights I would expect coffee for three nights. I probably won't stay here again but the rooms themselves were great ."
