"They have seating that is stained in the unite. They did accommodate me when I booked at 2 different locations & allowed me to just stay at one, I appreciated that. However, dishes weren't clean & bedding was often dirty. Had dog hair on a blanket that was supposed to be clean in lieu of another dirty blanket. Booked a Superior room but it was the same as the standard rooms. Tried to ensure it was superior & was told all rooms are superior rooms."

"Great location in Recoleta, we were able to walk to many restaurants and landmarks. We got a 3-bedroom apartment fir our group of five persons. It was clean and spacious and had a cute kitchen and cozy living room/dining room. The bathrooms could benefit from some renovation. I thought the apartment was advertised as 3bedrooms/3bathrooms but it was only two bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet was ok and offered pretty much the same thing every day. The staff was kind and helpful."

Apartment, spacious, in my case, I found that the bathroom and kitchen garbage receptacles weren’t empty, long black hairs on the floor, and the bathroom tile grout needs cleaning.
