"My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. I had called over the phone to request a roll away bed and to also ask few more questions about the hotel. She accommodated my request and answered all my questions. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool was not heated. "This hotel is a mess. I do not know how expedia is even hosting this place. We rented 4 rooms, out of which one room power was totally out. The only staff working at that time couldn’t help us at all. We had to reshuffle with the remaining 3 rooms. All the other rooms had there AC not working. In fact the staff said all the room was having AC issue. There was a free breakfast but the refill was slow and the menu is poor. Overall this place is probably the worst experience I have ever had."
