"I have stay here 3 times I always had stayed at holiday inn express but I switched to courtyard and loved it love the rooms and my wife is a big fan on big tv screens and all the channels you can get live loves movies and Netflix 5 star rating "

"The staff was very friendly the room and property were clean however no one mentioned that there were active construction/repairs/renovations being done so it was not very relaxing. The suite I was in had a crew working on the suite above so all I heard was lots of noise from banging to stomping. "

"When I arrived for check in the lady at the front desk was very rude,and inconsiderate of my needs for that night @the grand eastonian hotel,when I arrived to the room there was no assistance on that evening I was told when I called in about things not working in the room.She said there was no one to assist me.There was many thing’s that were wrong with the room,that this lady would not assist with during my stay.The lighting at the dining room table didn’t work.We had to eat are home cooked meal in the dark,then the toilet was not flushing properly,and the balcony outside was disgusting.Cigarette butts all over the ground,along with a dead bird out on the balcony,and not to mention,it rained that night,which led to a guest of mine going outside,and stepping into a big puddle to get her shoes,socks,and bottom of her pant legs soaking wet.I love the Grand Eastonian,and I will stay again,but it should of been a little bit more professional by the staff with considering my needs as a paying customer.Thank you"
