"In its prime, this would have been a wonderful hotel. Close to the beach and amenities. It needs a bit of love and a good coat of paint. The room was not cleaned to a high standard, dust on the window sills. The blanket and sheets had yellow stains on it from body fluids. Staff was lovely enough but hotel needs some TLC"

"Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti al Giardino dei Frutti e siamo stati molto bene: intanto la posizione, molto vicina all'aeroporto, a un quarto d'ora dal centro di Bari (cosa positiva visto la congestione della città) e a pochi passi dal mare e dal bel centro di Santo Spirito, poi la cordiale accoglienza del titolare Nicolò e la confortevole sistemazione nelle sole tre camere della villetta con giardino dove ha sede il B&B che dispone anche di posti auto interni. Da sottolineare la pulizia...

"Emplacement en plein centre. Très beau logement moderne avec une cuisine commune avec les autres logements. Un peu déçue de ne pas avoir eu la chambre avec baignoire spa. Logement réservé à la fin de notre circuit dans les Pouilles car à 20 minutes de l’aéroport. Hôte très sympathique. "

"Perfect place to stay. Highly recommended. Excellent location, calm and clean. Lovely atmosphere , room was so clean and comfortable, very respectful staff. Breakfast was pleintiful, with a wide variety of options. \We were treated very nicvely."

Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "

"The facilities were beautiful. Great quality furnishings and generous and delicious breakfast. I felt like I was almost part of the family. Truly a homey atmosphere. I didn’t have a car so they were willing to take me to Bari three times during my week long stay. They helped me get the bus for a visit to Santo Spirito too. I had a very quiet room. Fantastic shower/bathroom and my own private deck with comfy furniture. I will miss the family and all the homemade focaccia and pastries. My stay...
