"Watch your bills as I was charged for a item I did not purchased. When asked about it, I kept getting the run around. Its been more than a month and have not yet gotten a refund or a follow up like they promised. Also, do not expect house keeping to do their job. They were to clean every other day. We left a tip to thank them the first time. They only replaced the toilet paper roll and took the tip. After 3 times asking to get room service, it took the general manager to finally check to get the room cleaned by then we only had 1 night left before our trip was over. Later thats when we found out we got charged for a drink we did not buy. I had a wonderful experience at another location, which is why I choose this one this time.. but after this experience I would not come back here again. Very disappointed."

"Everything was good except the pool it should be open everyday and even later time and there food should be a little more cheaper or have more to it for the price"

"Room was updated and clean. When I first pulled up it looks like a dump. Outside windows open dirty curtains hanging out. Property needs new curtains in windows and a new sign. Room was decent though. I would stay again but I would not bring my family."

"So for starters I reserved the room for 9 days. Paid for all 9 days at check in. 8 days in a get a call stating I did not pay for the past 2 nights and my room keys are disabled. I let them know I have receipts and it was in facts paid. They called me back to say they were sorry. After that they called again and stated i had to pay a pet fee but my pet was not even there. The day before that I complained to the front desk because the housekeeper STOLE my prescription from my room and then all of that happened. Save your money"

"Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good with variety of choices. Do not remember being aware of a $10 nightly self parking fee when I made my reservation. Stayed on the 4th floor. Took quite a while to get hot water at times in the shower. Overall a good stay and very close to the attractions we wanted to see, avoiding the hassle of being in DC."
