Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "Wir haben im Borgo Bevagna 14 Tage Urlaub gemacht in der großen Familien-Suite. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen mehrere andere Gäste für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf Rundreise. Die Suite war geräumig mit 3 Badezimmern und 2 Außenduschen und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gab eine große, schön bepflanzte und ab Mittag schattige Terrasse mit hochwertigen Möbeln und einem Whirlpool. "We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. We had no shampoo or soap in...
