"The spa pool in the room was fantastic!
Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Location on Marine Parade was fantastic, loved being so close to the walkway and playground.
The areas for improvement- there needs to be repairs completed in the room, skirting boards are away from walls, dust covering walls, lamp shades missing, hole in front door. TV didn’t work."

"After having stayed at East Pier many times I was disappointed with the fact in order to view even free to air TV, one needed to know one’s logins and also for other platforms. The enjoyment of coming home after a night out, the part of climbing into bed and switching on the TV is now not an option without logging in. We also had to pay to watch Supercars and the All Blacks. Concerning also, was to see someone’s email address at the login. Privacy issues I would imagine."
