Hotel is nice with helpful staff. Parking is available but a bit tight. Pirmasens has pretty limited dining options, but most services are available.

Simple hotel, good breakfast.

After 1300hrs on a Sunday, check-in is bua a machine in a lobby off the car park, I met staff who were on their wst out and they were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean but basic. The price paid seems fair. Breakfast is an additional €14.90, the selection was very good and food quality is excellent.

Exceptional staff that is kept busy throughout the week. Property is centrally located and easily accessible at all times of the day. The night desk manager was always on top of things. Breakfast buffett and facility cleanliness top notch.

Booked room for 3, and was given a two bedroom suite, which was excellent. Breakfast good - but not free as advertised ! Only issue was the reception. It was supposed to be open until 8pm, but had shut when we arrived at 7.30pm. So couldn't get a drink to relax. We obtained room keys from a key-safe

Wenn wieder Pirmasens - dann wieder hier!

Nah am Bahnhof, sodass man auf dem Weg in die Innenstadt schnell den Koffer los wird. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, alles perfekt vorbereitet und die Wunsch-Etage war erfüllt. Das Zimmer freundlich und sauber, die Matratze gut, nur das Bad etwas eng. Tablet mit W-LAN (auch Infos und Spiele) - tolle Idee! Das Frühstück zu einem guten Preis war extrem üppig und ansprechend und das Highlight vor der Rückfahrt in die Großstadt war die Frühlingssonnen-Stunde auf der gemütlichen Dachterrasse. Auch wenn das Interieur nicht der neuesten Mode entspricht habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn Pirmasens, dann wieder hier!

Hotel dichtbij het centrum van Pirmasens. In een vrij troosteloze omgeving. Parkeren kan bij het hotel, maar de parkeerplaats achter het hotel is krap en snel vol. Dan resteert parkeren op straat. Centrum en daarmee restaurants op loopafstand van het hotel. Als je de pech hebt van een kamer aan de achterzijde, boven de parkeerplaats, en daar staan volop gasten te kletsen/roken, kun je beter het raam dicht houden

Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Das Hotel ist, nett ausgedrückt, in die Jahre gekommen. Der Begrüsssungsapfel war von schlechter Qualität. Der Fernseher ging nicht. Der Hausmeister, auch sehr nett, musste kommen um ihn anzustellen. Warum legt man nicht einfach eine Gebrauchsanleitung hin. Am Früstücksbuffet stand ein grosser Kaffeeautomat, der guten Kaffee gemacht hätte, aber es gab nur dünnen schlechten Kaffee aus Thermokannen. Es gab nur Brötchen aber kein Brot.
