"Overall the hotel was good. I stayed for New Years night. Although the staff left early & I checked in late around 8:30 pm they were very communicative and their instructions were very detailed and helpful. It is very very close to the leaning tower of Pisa it was literally on the same street & a 5 minute walk. The only slight thing I didn't expect is the room was smaller than I thought (not that big of a deal). It was quite expensive but I believe cause it was New Years night. They did provide...

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."
