"Barista lady was sweet but night time staff was beyond rude to my wife and children while I was running an errand and they were sitting by the fire. Silver fish bugs in the room and one ran across the counter in the bathroom on my son’s toothbrush. Invited family we were visiting to come eat at the hotel because the patio has a nice view but went to order breakfast at 8:30 am and they were out of toast, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, and all milk and creamer other then regular milk. "We had two rooms. The renovated double queen was really nice. The ocean front king room was very dated, so dated that the bathroom looked dirty. The non slip mat was disgusting and the floor tile had a huge chip. The bistro offering was just ok, but the smores kits were great. You also had to walk pretty far to get water in the lobby area. "We arrived early but couldn’t check in yet so returned past check in time and had to wait over 30 minutes for room to be finished. Then there were no towels in the room. No towels at the pool. Staff were friendly. Attention to details can be improved. "

"Great location. We had a great view with easy access to the beach. Friendly hotel staff. The room was clean with small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review was that the bed moved a lot. Other than that, it is a great place and will definitely stay again. "

" Super nice room with a great view of the beach/ocean. Bed was super comfortable with plush pillows. Shower was a bit on the small size for me, but had a great shower head, and was nicely tiled. Easy walking distance to shops/restaurants. Will stay here again!"
