"0/5 — This is not a 4-star hotel, it’s a 0-star experience I don’t understand how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel. The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was an actual brawl happening right outside the entrance when I got there, and the whole environment felt sketchy enough that I decided not to check in at all. When I went inside to speak to reception, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. According to their own no-show policy, they are supposed to charge for the first night and refund the rest — yet they refused to follow that and offered no support whatsoever. The surroundings were also very dirty and nothing about the place felt like a proper hotel, let alone a 4-star property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid for your own safety and peace of mind."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. The staff was exceptional throughout our visit. From the guards at the checkpoint and the security team at the gate, to the front desk, dining room staff, kitchen team, hostess, housekeeping, and bell staff everyone contributed to a genuinely pleasant experience. Special thanks to Vishnu from housekeeping, Sudhir (whose tea we already miss), and Shivani & Amardeep at the security checkpoint for their warm and welcoming service. They truly made our stay memorable. There were a few initial hiccups with the room, but the overall experience was excellent."

"This one is a clean hotel with very polite, helpful staff. The room is large, spacious, with A/C working beautifully. Shower and the bathroom are well appointed as well and hot water is steady. The free breakfast downstairs is decent with many good choices. Their coffee could be better, but no complaints. The only negative for this hotel is the road it is next to. This road is very very busy and is always crowded with vehicles endlessly honking and polluting the surrounding area with smog. But for this, the hotel is a great choice."

"No hot water. My room was beside house keeping and the phone kept ringing and waking me up at night. Staff wanted to charge me much higher price than market for water and snacks. Towels didn’t seem that clean either."
