"There were holes in the bedsheets, stains on the carpet and the chair looked disgusting. The other chair had a massive hole in the padding. All the wooden furniture was scratched and worn. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The shower’s water pressure wasn’t great, but there was hot water, the bathroom amenities were fine. The walls felt pretty thin, there were babies/children crying in the room next to mine on and off until 2 am. There were also people coming and going a lot...

"I also want to point out a major safety issue: the room doors do not properly lock. This made me feel unsafe and is completely unacceptable for any hotel. I attempted to address these concerns with staff and management but was not taken seriously and was refused proper assistance. Due to the seriousness of these issues, I have filed formal complaints with corporate and appropriate agencies. I would strongly caution others before staying at this location."

"Although I thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub (which was the reason I got the room) the water did come out slowly and the breakfast was absolutely not worth the time...the people were nice and the atmosphere serene and quiet...I would still go back but I would get breakfast somewhere else...also the return of my money that was for any issues that was placed on a hold has yet to be returned...but still I'd go back again.."

They threw away the blankets I had to leave because I couldn’t carry them which included my baby blanket I had for 30 years since I was a baby as currently withholding three laptops that I didn’t pay when I did not willing to come to an agreement. This is all for absolutely no reason…. I had to leave abruptly to rush to the emergency room!!! Do not stay here you will get rude service. These people are inconsiderate and disrespectful. "

"Hotel is still under construction-for 2 years. No live TV and only one elevator working. I thought it would be complete by now. Won’t stay here again-lots of other choices in downtown Milwaukee."

"We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly"

"The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. "
