Not getting the room you paid for. No soap, shampoo, or wash cloths. Moldy fridge. It seems there is no bereavement leave here for workers? Unprofessional. Go somewhere else with your money. "

"The air conditioning unit was not working properly because there is at least 2 inches of dust inside the filter. I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. And I also fixed the toilet hose and the little chain that is used to flush broke. So I changed that. Also screwed back the soap holder as it was not even attached to the wall anymore. "I was surprised when the person in charged asked me for Security deposit of P2000 per night per room cash! We stayed for 4 nights for 2 rooms total of P16,000 cash. As we both agreed to give it back to Me upon checkout without room damages. We left the 2 rooms in good conditions as per Admin.
