"I had a room for my family booked at The Grand Lodge. I was notified same day as check in that there's a problem and they had to move my room. We ended up at a condo on the mountain. They even worked with us in making sure we could still use some of the Lodges amenities. Absolutely my most favorite place to rest your head in the valley!! Awesome folks! Luke McPherson"

"This was a horrible place to stay. Room was not maintenanced, shower head fell apart, no Ac and windows that wouldn’t open, broken chair, TV that wouldn’t work, locked out of our room twice and handicap bar fell off the wall. Very disappointing, go somewhere where there will be someone to help you. My husband and I were over the top frustrated."

"This is a well appointed, perfectly located condo. It was wonderful to have covered parking,, convenient restaurant /bar in building and was quiet. Kitchen has base needs covered. Check in and check out was easy. Highly recommend!"
