The staff seem to have forgotten that they work in the hospitality industry, instead, they act as though they work in the hostile industry. "Overall it was a good stay. Staff was great and very friendly. Was worried about the parking based on other reviews, but we had no issues at all. The hotel is a little outdated and has some cosmetic issues but what hotel doesn't. We stayed for the Steelers 1st preseason game and it was an easy walk to the stadium.
