Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown
The room was clean, but when I arrived the front desk staff came across as a bit rude, almost like I was an inconvenience. I’m relieved I won’t have to deal with that again. On the bright side, the team at the little coffee kiosk was great both times I stopped by, really friendly and helpful.

Room was updated. Glad there was no carpet . Quiet. I didn’t have any breakfast there. Staff were pleasant. Check in and check out were easy.

I had ants in my room and they could not give me a different room because they were booked. They did spray the ants. They could not comp my room because it was booked through Expedia.
