"Parking was very good and breakfast was fresh with lots of choices."

"All of the staff were very nice. Our room was clean, nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Parking was free and plenty of it. The only complaint is the coffee situation. The in-room coffee maker was just OK and the creamer and sugar packet only had one pack of the powered creamer. There was supposed to be coffee in the lobby, but it was always empty when I went down."

"The place was pretty decent. Breakfast was good. The staff was awesome. I relied on them to suggest places to go eat. There was restaurants within two blocks of the hotel. Great location. Seemed right in the heart of Pittsburgh’s business tech area. Only big complaints were that we were right next to train tracks. Literally 10 ft from our window. So we were woken 4-5 times a night by passing freight trains. Also one of our walls was where the elevators were. So we heard almost constant elevator...

"The air didn’t work even after a guy came up and checked it. We called back to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms which was too inconvenient. Everything else was ok"

"Upon check-in staff did not ask or inform us about registering for the shuttle to the airport. The staff member did mention the shuttle times, starting at 410am, and then hourly. We were unable to take the shuttle because we were not registered for it. Parking at the was an additional cost. The staff member checking us in did not ask if we'd be leaving any vehicles in the lot. The hotel is still somewhat under construction for over a year. The room was great, the staff that checked us...
