"First issue was, the internet was down on check-in. Not a big deal but I, THE GUEST, was given a support number and instructed to call them. Issue was eventually resolved, but I thought it inappropriate I had to call support. Next thing, we got locked out of our room because a battery in the door lock had died. Don’t you guys check these things to head off this kind of situation? Had to wait I. The hall about w0 minutes for this issue."

The only issue was we were there for an event and when we came back there was No parking available at hotel we had to park at the Restaurant next store. "I paid 2 weeks in advance, I got there at 1am ready for sleep. Guy at the counter said it’ll take 15 mins to get the key for the room made for me because the system was down. I left to go get food & came back 30 mins later & it still wasn’t ready. Man at the counter said it’ll be an hour now. I go to sleep in my car & wake up 2-3 hours later & the guy said he canceled my room because I didn’t come back. Stay away there’s other cheap places besides this one"
