everything is okay except they didn't daily cleaning service. For my 3 nights stay, they cleaned once. The cleaning is very minimum. The cleaning person only made the bed, no refilling for anything. no coffee or tea refill. I was concerned my used towels were folded and put back on the pile! no floor carpet vacuum and no bathroom floor or count top clean.

Beautiful property in the heart of the city. Convenient to everything. Very walkable. Free and super easy parking is a huge perk in this area.

Clean and quiet property with friendly staff and great breakfast. Only minor complaint is the free parking fills up quickly when there’s a big event going on, which forces guests to find paid parking elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast options were good, the pool was well maintained, and the location made the city easily available to us without using a car. The only suggestion I’d make is to maybe require (and enforce) adult supervision in the pool area as there was a very rowdy unsupervised group of preteens there at one point, which made for a difficult situation.

Incredible and personalized check in experience with Holly. She made us feel incredibly welcomed for our first visit to Pittsburgh. Room was spacious and clean, parking was easy and close to the entrance.

We have stayed at this hotel many times but last being over a year ago and I was disappointed at how the cleanliness declined..linens and sheets were dingy, bed mattress was not comfortable at all and the towels had hair from other s stuck in it. I requested our room be cleaned on the 3rd day but it was never done. Staff remained mostly friendly but again I was disappointed at the decline of this hotel.

The staff were very nice. Hotel was also very nice and in a good area for lots of entertainment and food options. Only complaint would be when taking a shower the tub fills with water and drains very slowly, They did sent someone up to try and fix it but from what our friends said about their rooms also it's just a plumbing issue with the whole hotel most likely due to the flooding and over abundance of rain.

We were greeted by a woman named Mary at the front desk and she was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, (she gave us a run down on the best places to eat and places to visit), let us check in early, and her customer service was above the rest! The lobby was very clean, bright, and made you feel welcome. There was a buffet style breakfast every morning with some great breakfast items. Upon entering the room, the carpet was spotless, the tv had our name on it, the bathroom was extremely clean, there was as an extra blanket and sheet in the dresser, the room had a small microwave and fridge to use. The bathroom had regular size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion bottles to use. There was a pool and hot tub to use with towels provided, but they were very small. We enjoyed relaxing in them after walking around town all day. The hotel location was great for walking around and exploring the area, we parked and only used our vehicle on the third day of our trip. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance- The Puttshak, located in the terminal, was an indoor mini golf place that was amazing- so much fun! We will definitely be back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. I appreciated that we could get a bottle of wine at the front desk as it had been a long day of cancelled, delayed and rescheduled flights. The location was perfect for connecting with our tour company to bike the Great Allegheny Passage.

Good hotel, everything is looks nice and clean, room big, bed comfortable. Two notice i would like to share: 1. Noise from nearby road is too loud, make almost impossible to sleep 2. No drinking water provided in the room, if you wish to drink must buy it in lobby.

We do have a water bottle refill station located on the first floor, free of charge and water for purchase any time. Thank you for your feedback as we always look for ways to improve! The sheets were not clean. There was no additional toilet paper. The couch contained numerous hairs from prior guests. Sad to pay extra for less. Check some other hotel. It’s a shame.

We loved staying here. Super close to the convention center where we needed to be. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Wonderful hotel! Very accommodating. Clean, clean room. Excellent bed! Very friendly staff. And wonderful breakfast included in price. Also, VERY important to us was the free & safe parking! Will return.

This hotel was very clean and in a great location. Very kid-friendly. We loved that the pool was open later!
