The stay was really great. Just a couple issues. We asked for more towels and washclothes, didn't receive them. Had to call the next morning. The water in the shower was so temperamental freezing cold the scalding hot. The room was very nice. The breakfast was good as well.

This was a fantastic location for our trip. Directly across the street from the Pirates stadium. Walking distance to basically every thing.

The room was pretty clean and almost everything was perfect for us. We are not very picky BUT I expect hotel beds to be GOOD at least. The beds here are awful. The main king bed was almost as uncomfortable as the pull out couch. I did not sleep well here. The staff and front desk people were really nice, so I didn't want to have anything bad to say.

This is our go to hotel for the North Shore area. Across the street from PNC Park, easy walk to Acrisure and North Shore Tavern, close to one of the three rivers with a great river walk.

Staff very pleasant, offered to hold luggage until room was available. Given parking pass, no parking anywhere in lot being a Steelers Game, I was offered to park in the circle. Need better communication with no parking spaces left , wasted 30+ minutes driving in mobbed parking lot. Room was very spacious, bed was terrible with sagging in the middle, never in any travel, experienced a bed in such poor shape. Morning complimentary breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of breakfast options, staff very attentive keeping food refreshed.

disgustingly dirty room! Reserved a suite for a Steelers game (location was great, 7 min walk to stadium which is why we booked despite the reviews). Stains on carpets, stains on couch, bathroom floor looked like it wasn't cleaned for years, dirt and slime in corners of floor and wall, towel rack laying on floor broken, dirty elevators (smudges and nasty things on the walls), and on and on! Called front desk to get sheets for the pullout bed (by the way, the pull out bed is a double, barely big enough for one person), sheets came and had stains on them (mattress on pullout bed was stained as well). Called back and asked for clean sheets and was told that we had to come get them ourselves. Went and picked them up and they were also stained (but appeared to have been washed). Only reason we give it 2 stars was because of the location to Acrisure stadium (hotel is right across the street from PNC as well) and the breakfast was surprisingly good and the breakfast area was clean by comparison to the room. This was one step above a welfare hotel, definitely would not stay here again.

This hotel is badly in need of an update. The pool was not working, we asked for repairs in our room, which did not happen and Hotel generally is showing its age. The staff was OK at best. I think that a new manager would go a long way. Great location and very convenient. However, we will find another option next time unless they make some significant changes.
