"Rooms needs need updated. After checking in, went to our room, would not unlock, walked back down to front desk to stand in line again. Staff wrote wrong room number on door key insert.
Fiancé walked down the steps to go back out to car and a group of people were smoking in the stair well. Outside door was propped open w a rock."

"We had gotten 3 rooms for our family stay this weekend. There was a rat in our room, which would make sense as there are mouse traps on the rooms next to the AC unit. We complained about the rat in our room to the staff and they tried to minimize the problem. This is disappointing, disgusting, and unprofessional. If we could get our money back we absolutely would."

"The great..the good and the ugly… Great: location (particularly for PPG paints arena, & Wylie Concert Hall), size of room. The good clean and well maintained. The Ugly terrible WIFI. Just non existent. This day and age WIFI should not be an issue. Tea only in rooms. No coffee pods and fresh towels. Got a text checking to see if we needed anything. Asked for freest towels and coffee pods to the room. Then called front desk asked as well. Never got them. Stayed November 6-8. Location hard to beat!"
