"THIS is a brand I have always been able to trust for quality and good value for my money. But I'm disappointed in the cleanliness of my room, hallways and elevators. Then there was no hairdryer in my room, the TV channels are limited and don't match the menu, and you can see through the bath towels, I wasn’t impressed and will rethink HIE next time.

"Our stay was beautiful. Very clean, and organized. Breakfast had good verity of food and health options. The only downside was the front desk lady was not friendly when I checked in. Except her all the other staff was very friendly. Highly recommended."
