But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."

"The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. Weird issue with the credit card being declined at check in. The restaurant/bar is noisy at night but we couldn’t hear it in our room. Beds were comfortable and...

Lovely small dining room, good food… but enjoy the international dining options within 10 min walk. Be aware the gym is very small. Overall, enjoyed our stay."

"We arrived in the city early and was going to ask reception if they could keep hold of our bags, they checked the system and our room was ready. Booked in early at no extra cost which was great as it gave us a chance to sort ourselves out before heading for a wander. There is a small park on the other side of the road, and out the other side of the hotel is everything you should need, shopping street with plenty of food places and retail therapy transport links are easy to get to as well… now...

"Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."

"Very stylish hotel in the perfect location in Brussels. Close to the city centre with lots of great food options and shopping close by. Room was surprisingly spacious and had nice big shower. Would definitely stay here again. Mini fridge in room with coffee maker and each floor had a water dispenser. "

"Great location. No sitting area in hotel. It’s attached to the Lloyd Coffee eatery on the main level. Noisy at night. Arrived very early. Was checked in early into an upgraded room. I got very ill my first night there… Thank you to the morning front desk clerk(I did not get her name). She came to my room to see what I needed and sourced some supplies for me as I was too ill to leave my room."

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel in Brussels. It is right in the heart of where you want to be! Staff are amazing and were super-helpful. Rooms are very quaint and spacious. Could easily spend several weeks there without any issue, as there are many restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. You will not be disappointed!"
